We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen—just call us as soon as you can at 9723 2201.
We have convenient off-street parking available right at the salon on Faraday Road. There's also additional street parking nearby if needed.
If your preferred stylist or time slot isn't available, we're happy to add you to our waiting list. We'll contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available.
When booking by phone, simply let us know which stylist you'd like to see. If you're unsure who would be best for your needs, we can recommend the perfect match based on your hair type and service requirements.
